Use Of TeacherToolsApp

TeacherToolsApp is a classroom operations tool for teachers. It is intended to help manage student passes, tardies, rosters, and related reports. You agree to use the service only for lawful classroom purposes and in accordance with your school, district, or organization policies.

Accounts And Authority

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you use TeacherToolsApp as part of your classroom work, you confirm that you have permission to use the service and enter the information you provide. Account owners are responsible for managing rosters, settings, and billing access.

Student Data

You are responsible for entering only the student information needed for classroom operations and for following applicable school, district, state, and federal requirements. TeacherToolsApp should not be used to store sensitive student details that are not needed for passes, tardies, rosters, or reports.

Billing And Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, renewals, cancellations, and billing updates are handled through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period. Complimentary accounts, trials, coupons, or discounts may be changed or ended at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another account's data, interfere with app availability, upload unsafe or unlawful content, reverse engineer the service, bypass access controls, or use TeacherToolsApp for purposes unrelated to classroom or school operations.

Service Availability

We work to keep TeacherToolsApp available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control.

Changes To The Service Or Terms

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Continued use of TeacherToolsApp after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Support requests can be sent to [email protected]. We may need account details, user email, affected student ID, browser or device information, and a description of the issue to investigate support requests.
